No. What you see on this page is what you pay. No WMS fees, no setup fees, no monthly retainers. We only charge for services actually used.
Why is your first month of storage free?
Onboarding a 3PL involves risk — you're trusting us with your inventory. The free first month gives you time to validate our quality without financial commitment. Most clients never look back.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — for clients with significant monthly volume, we negotiate custom rate cards as part of your service agreement. The published rates are our flat, transparent baseline. Book a discovery call to qualify for tiered pricing.
How do you invoice?
Monthly invoices on the 1st, detailing every service used. Net-15 payment for new clients, Net-30 for established relationships. We accept ACH, wire, credit card, and Zelle.
How does Drop-Shipment differ from Fulfillment?
Drop-Shipment ($6/package flat) is for LATAM-bound orders going to your end-customer — simple pick + pack + international carrier handoff. Fulfillment ($3/order + storage + receiving) is for domestic Shopify/DTC orders with full returns, branded unboxing, and multi-channel inventory sync.
What about international shipping costs?
Those are carrier costs (UPS, FedEx, DHL, ocean/air freight forwarders) — we pass them through at cost with no markup, or you can bring your own carrier account.
